  • Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
  • Off-Season Check-Ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
  • Check out is by 10 am.

Property Access

  • Electronic entry; a code will be provided before check-in.
  • Beach access across the street.
  • Interior steps to the second level of the home. Front stairwell to Ocean View Front Porch main entrance.

  • A valid government photo ID is required for every reservation.
  • A signed rental agreement is required; accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

  • Minimum age to rent: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.
  • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Fees and Payments

  • Optional linen service is available. Ask about a $225.70 discount if you bring your own sheets and towels. If linen service is selected, linens will be wrapped in sanitary packaging and laid on the bedspread.
